Gokurousama means "Thank you for your troubles" in Japanese and it is also the name of this blog. Gokurousama celebrates and recognizes the hard work of others.

Such a contagious smile! Each visit I get an update on what's happening in the kitchen, "He's baking up tomorrow's golden peach bagels," and what's being offered on the shelves.
Her smile and friendly nature encourage me to purchase a few extras.
